  • ¼  cup vanilla protein powder (whey, plant-based, or collagen)
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter  (or almond butter for nut-free)
  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup  (or raw honey for non-vegan)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (or cacao nibs for keto)

Instructions
 

  • 1 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  • 2 - Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in nut butter, vanilla, and sweetener until crumbly.
  • 3 - Adjust Consistency: Slowly pour in milk, mixing until a thick, dough-like texture forms.
  • 4 - Fold-In Extras: Add chocolate chips or mix-ins like crushed nuts, chia seeds, or protein granola.
  • 5 - Chill or Serve: For firmer dough, refrigerate 15 minutes. Enjoy immediately with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
